- Acrylic paint
- brush
- Blue paper
- Paper and pencil
- Multifunctional tool from Dremel 4200 and grinding wheel SC413
- Engraving knife 107 from Dremel
- feather
- Wooden button
- Hot glue gun

The flower box is painted with acrylic varnish.

How to do it:
Prime the flower box with white acrylic paint. Depending on your taste, paint a second time and let it dry well.

The edges are sanded with a multi-function tool.

For the shabby look, carefully sand over edges and surfaces until the wood becomes visible again in some places. This works well with the Dremel 4200 multifunction tool, for example. Set the lowest speed per minute so that you do not remove too much paint.

The border is transferred to the flower box with blue paper.

For the border, sketch a pattern on the paper and transfer it to the flower box using blue paper. Make sure that the distance between the top edge and the border is large enough so that it is not later covered by hanging leaves.

The border is engraved.

Now insert the engraving knife 107 into your multifunction device. (The speed depends on the hardness of the wood.) Then carefully engrave the pattern into the wood.
There are no limits to your imagination when decorating. In our example, the wooden button and spring were attached using the hot glue gun.
When planting, make sure that no water can get into the wooden box from the inner pot
