Video: Holiday house near the beach England

Scones with clotted cream, earl gray with milk and small, charming houses in a fairytale landscape: All of this brings us mentally to southern England. The world still seems fine here. Everything is so lovingly simple, yet charmingly luxurious. We have discovered three lovely holiday homes that we cannot withhold from you. Enjoy the trip!
Fabulous: The holiday home "The Fable" in the north of Cornwall
This holiday home lives up to its name, as it looks fairytale from the outside. Small pink windows, the thatched roof, the plaster, the pretty door, the front garden with the many beautiful roses and the small table with the chairs - with this object you can really only trivialize. But see for yourself.

Walk in - in this beautiful 18th century cottage.

Beautiful roses and magnificent foxgloves bloom in the front yard. The garden is as lovingly designed as the interior of the house.

The charming cottage was built in the late 18th century on a rural farm between St. Agnes and Perranporth in northern Cornwall. The golden sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove are only a few kilometers away - so you can enjoy wonderful fresh coastal air here. This also benefits the botanical vegetation, as can easily be seen from the beautiful landscape.

The cottage is very rural, but you can reach many sights and the sea in just a few minutes.

Not far from the cottages is a beautiful farm that you can visit. Here you can stroke cows and enjoy fresh berries with homemade clotted cream. For refreshment you can walk along the coast and enjoy the breathtaking panorama. And then, as the English say, "a gentle amble from pub to pub", a leisurely stroll from pub to pub. Those who like it a little sweeter will be happy in the Callestick Ice Cream Farm: This is only about a kilometer from the holiday home and can be reached quickly on foot. On the local cider farm you can help with the apple harvest for the cider, an English cider, and drive a tractor - if need be, even to the adjacent cider museum! Surf riders or those who want to become surfers can book surf lessons at Holywell Bay School. So it definitely won't be boring!

There are many beautiful places to pause along the coast.

Enchanting interior in the cottage
But back to the holiday home: Everything is lovingly designed down to the smallest detail - of course in the typical English country house style. Old pieces of furniture have been extensively restored, but only to the extent that the aged charm can still be seen and felt. The entire equipment in the house is of high quality and brings a touch of down-to-earth luxury.
Up to four people can vacation in this cottage. Dog owners can bring their four-legged friends with them at an additional cost. Otherwise, the house is equipped with everything you need for a fulfilling holiday in the country.

Please snuggle up: The reading room is furnished with cozy pieces of furniture and lots of antiques.

The open kitchen and dining area offers plenty of space for parties and guests.

In the Fable House you feel like you are in a small, pretty doll's house.

Open your eyes while bathing: A glass plate is built into the ceiling above the bathtub so that you can watch the stars in the evening. The bathroom and the guest toilet were furnished in a mix of factory and shabby chic.

You can dream well in this bedroom. The cozy country house style ensures comfort here too.

A holiday home for maximum relaxation
In addition to a large living room, there is also the reading room, which is located right next to the kitchen. As the host himself describes, it is a blessed, television-free room to relax in front of the wood stove and maybe read a book or two.

The Dartmoor National Park is definitely worth seeing. Rugged granite cliffs and bogs shape the landscape here. The English themselves claim that you can hear elves and goblins giggling here - the 954-square-meter park is so mystical.
