Felix Neureuther: "My dream house must be cozy"

The son of sports legends Rosi Mittermaier and Christian Neureuther, Felix Neureuther was on skis for the first time when he was two years old. Today, the slalom and giant slalom runner looks back, among other things, on a 2010 World Cup victory in Kitzbühel. The Garmisch-Partenkirchenenr lives in the country with his girlfriend.

Do you have a favorite place at home?

I like to sit on our new sofa.

What style of furnishing do you live?

Our style is quite modern. But there are also a few antique pieces in the apartment.

What was your biggest home purchase?

Definitely the TV.

Are you a collector or a minimalist?

I'm more of a collector, just like my mother.

Where are you hiding chaos?

This is mostly hidden in the chaos itself.

How often do you decorate?

I? My girlfriend is responsible for that.

Which do-it-yourself qualities do you have?

Actually I can't do anything, but I dare to do everything.

How do you describe your dream home?

Above all, it should be cozy and practical at the same time - and it should have a large garden.

Who would you like to live with in a shared apartment?

With Heidi Klum (laughs). Although, I think my girlfriend would have something against it.

Which of your furniture or home accessories are you embarrassed about?

None at all.

Two things that you particularly like about your apartment?

There are even three things that I really like: the bathroom, the balcony and the garden shed.

And what should definitely be embellished?

The study. There is absolute chaos!
