The house asks nine homely questions to the actor Helmfried von Lüttichau.

Do you have a favorite place at home?

My desk at the window with a view of the house opposite, which looks like the houses in Paris to me.

What style of furnishing do you live?

A mixture of design and antique, little furniture, clarity.

Which piece of furniture could you never part with?

From my antique desk my father bought me when he thought I was grown up now.

What does your dream house look like?

A historic house on the mountain, forest, large windows, south side, not far from the city center. Twenty minutes by bike to the sea.

What are you looking forward to when you get home?

To my wife when she's there. Otherwise on the rest.

Which do-it-yourself qualities do you have?

Many, but very hidden …

Which of your furniture or home accessories are you embarrassed about?

My espresso machine with aluminum capsules, a real environmental disaster.

What is your best order tip?

It's always best to put everything away immediately.

If you were having dinner tonight, which menu would you conjure up for your guests?

Olives, chips and salted nuts as an aperitif, then asparagus with melted butter and grated parmesan, jacket potatoes. And afterwards fresh strawberries with vanilla ice cream.

Vita

After training at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich, Helmfried von Lüttichau was on stage in various German theaters from 1980 to 1997, including at the Nationaltheater Mannheim and the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus. Since 1997 he has played in many film and TV productions, for example in "Wickie and the strong men" or in the television series "The Last Bulle". The very big success came in 2011: with the leading role of the clumsy policeman Hansi Staller in the evening series "Hubert and Staller" (each Wednesday, 6:50 p.m., in the first). He lives with his wife in an apartment in Munich.
