Sony presents a new device at MWC 2013 : on Xperia Tablet Z. This tablet aims to compete with the high-end like the iPad .

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a 10.1-inch display at a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and with Mobile BRAVIA Engine 2 technology .

Inside it will have a 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor that will be accompanied by 2 GB of memory RAM. The rear camera has an 8.1-megapixel Exmor R sensor while the front camera integrates another 2.2-megapixel sensor .

The Xperia Tablet Z has a battery with 6,000 mAh capacity and internal memory of 32 or 64 GB (expandable with micro cards SD). In principle, we only talk about versions with Wi-Fi connectivity .

Its price will be around 499 euros for the 32Gb version and 599 eurosfor the 64Gb. The Xperia Tablet Z will come with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean which will soon be upgradable to 4.2.2 .
