Bad news for those who considered the Windows 10 upgrade campaign aggressive Microsoft has made the decision to push users even further towards the new version of Windows, first by making it clear that they will use the old versions at their own risk, and second by creating a background task that will trigger the update twice a day
This new measure by the Redmond giant has not gone down well with those users who refuse to update their operating systems. Various tools have been created to remove Windows 10 upgrade dialogs, but a new silent patch could bypass these locks and prompt you to install again.
Two warnings a day for you to upgrade to Windows 10

So far some tools have prevented automatic updates, but a silent patch, KB3035583, may be working with Microsoft to prevent disabling update windows like this.
Now the only way to block it is remove the patch KB3035583 and then freeze the automatic update again by modifying the following system registry:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
In this registry path we must look for the DisableOSUpgrade key and set its value to 1 If it is not already created, we can create it, we will which will permanently remove the update box.
