Did you know that there is a scale of spicy foods? Google knows this and wanted to celebrate the 151st anniversary of the birth of Wilbur Scoville with a new Doodle, the creator of this measurement that is still valid today. The Scoville scale measures the units of heat of the different types of peppers and that is precisely what we can do with the new Google Doodle.
Just yesterday we saw how the search engine changed its cover image to pay homage to the great Lola Flores, but today it is radically different. It is a scientist who occupies the place of honor on the search engine page, for the merit of having created a way of measuring the burning caused by spicy foods.

Google has created a fun minigame where we will have to help Wilbor measure the spiciness of the peppers that we will see. From the green pepper to the chilli pepper, we will measure, on the Scoville scale, the itch they produce when eating them.
With this fun Doodle, the Mountain View company that wants to honor the anniversary of the birth of this scientist, who to this day still today it helps chefs around the world to gauge the spiciness of their dishes.
