WhatsApp prepares an interesting novelty. Soon the app will add an internal gallery where we can explore shared files.
The photos, videos, audios, links, documents and other files that the popular instant messaging app allows to share will be gathered in one own gallery. That way we can easily see everything we've shared, and maybe what they've shared with us.
Documents in WhatsApp are a feature that is not yet incorporated, but soon it will be and more after seeing that there will be a kind of exploration of everything we share through the app.
We don't know if said multimedia gallery would be global or simply individually as we are seeing so far, for each contact and group. Of course, in any case, more advanced since it would include all the types of multimedia messages that WhatsApp allows. It would really be interesting in a global way to not resort to the phone's own gallery.
It also seems that it would be a shortcut to this that we would see in some very visible part of the interface, so we can access to the new gallery at any time from the app.
As we say, it has not yet been announced by WhatsApp, but everything indicates that the new WhatsApp gallery will arrive soon along with others functionalities that we have seen that they prepare in the last weeks. It is also worth noting that iOS users would be the first to test the functionality of the gallery as we have been able to verify.
At the moment we have a latest beta version of WhatsApp that includes indications of more news but that have not been activated either.
