New problem in Windows 10. We just found out that the Windows 10 store won't let you install or update apps to some users thanks to the comments they have made on the web.
Microsoft has recognized this problem and is trying to fix the issue as soon as possible, although there is currently no solution possible.
Most likely, within a few hours, Microsoft will make an update or patch available to users that corrects this error in the app store.
Problems with the store
The problems in the Microsoft app store for Windows 10 do not affect all users, but only a few. I seem to get a white screen when updating or installing an app.
For now the company is requesting these people reports and details of the specific error so that Microsoft can have the utilities to solve the problem.
This is the best help Microsoft can have so far because this way they can get to the bottom of the issue thanks to user reports and it won't happen again.
The truth is that it is bad news for the store because those users will be left without installing or updating their apps until everything is solved. As we already mentioned, it is possible that in a short time we will already have the solution in the form of an update for Windows.
