If you played today with your PlayStation and had trouble connecting to the PlayStation Store , don't worry because you're not the only one. Since early afternoon some users have been complaining that PlayStation Network is suffering intermittent outages.
So much so that apparently there are problems both accessing the PlayStation Store and being able to log in, so it is possible that you have been affected by these incidents in the last few hours.
Sony has already responded
Sony is already aware of the problem that is affecting users and has issued a small message on its Twitter account. In this text they comment that they know about the problems that their users are suffering and are investigating the problem, for which they will soon give the specific cause.
But what specific message is displayed to affected users? We have seen on the network that they get a text informing them that Playstation Network is carrying out maintenance tasks.
At the moment and as we already mentioned, the specific cause of these intermittent falls that are taking place this afternoon is unknown.
It is possible that at the time of writing this post the situation will be normalizing, although it is possible that the connection may drop again. If we access the PlayStation network service status page we find normality in all its services.
We will have to see what happens in the next few hours and if the service is fully restored.
