The brand Honor of Huawei launches a new terminal. The Honor 5X, a smartphone with premium finishes and a 5.5-inch screen. Let's see what this smartphone that arrives in our country offers us.
To begin with, we have a 5.5-inch screen with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), leaving the density of pixels at 400 dpi. Then in power we find a processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 with eight cores at 1.5Ghz and 2GB of RAM, staying below the current high-end.
In addition, the Huawei Honor 5X features a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, dual-tone dual-LED flash and 5 megapixel front camera.
This is offset by the 3,000mAh battery found in the Honor 5X. It also has 16GB of internal storage, although we can expand it using microSD cards up to 128GB.
On the other hand, the Honor 5X comes like all mobile phones today with a fingerprint reader, and 4G and WiFi N connectivity. It comes with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, which at the moment we don't know if it will update to the latest version.
Although technically Huawei's Honor 5X is not the best we can find on the market, in design it has been betting heavily on metal (aluminium) and available in gold, dark gray and silver. Of course, the thickness amounts to 8.15 millimeters and the weight to 158 grams.
Honor 5X, price and availability
The Huawei Honor 5X arrives in Spain today at an adjusted price. Honor's new bet remains at 239 euros. We will have to see if the brand achieves the same sales it has had in the United States with its new hallmark.
