Thanks to the information collected, Twitter has been eliminating a large number of these types of accounts as they go against its rules. Not surprisingly, many more continue to be created over time, so the deletions will continue.
The truth is that the less presence there is of this group on social networks, the better it will be, since they will have to use other methods to publicize all their activities.
In any case, and even if Twitter makes every effort to eliminate all these accounts, ISIS will look for other methods to put propaganda and so on.
In fact they have already created an application for Android with terrorist propaganda and even have a encrypted WhatsApp own called Alwari,used only by them.
