Instagram is preparing a radical change in its camera, at least with regard to its design, but things can go further. Although the trend of collages has gone a bit, now is when Instagram is going to add Layout to Stories natively.
In our opinion, it's a bit late, but now that it's here, it will make it easier and better for the billions of users who use Instagram Stories on a daily basis.
But you still don't know what Layout is. Well, it's an app developed by Instagram that allows you to create original collages quickly and easily, it's also free.
The social network has various applications under its ownership for exclusive use within its social photography application, for example, Boomerang, an application to make short videos on loop and last as long as Instagram allows: 3 seconds.
Instagram TV, also known as IGTV, is another of Instagram's own applications that were initially separated, and now they go hand in hand in the same app.
Well, something like that is what will happen with Layout. The exclusive app to create collages will now appear natively when you open the Stories camera In this way we can easily create collages and publish several photos without using one external app like Canva.
Of course Layout is available for both Android and iOS, but what is unknown is which operating system will arrive first the update that we are commenting on.
Because the first thing would be to provide Instagram apps with the new design of the Stories camera, and with it, introduce other changes such as adding Layout, among others.
At the moment that is all that is known, all that remains is to wait for Instagram to make it official in the form of an update andwe can create collages with Layout natively.
