Twitter is one of the most used social networks today. Replying to tweets is an almost constant habit within the social network, so Twitter will allow only those followers that we also follow to reply to our tweets.

The main novelty that Twitter will include in a few months is that when writing a tweet, in the same interface where is written, we can choose who You can reply to the tweet that we are going to publish. Although anyone who consults our profile will be able to see the content of the tweet.
We must bear in mind that even if we have a private account, where we manage follow-up requests, even if we select that we only want followers whose “follow” is reciprocal everyone will be able to see the content despite not being able to reply to it.
This is not a "Best Friends" as it happens on Instagram, but a way to give voice to those followers whose opinion matters more to us than the rest. Also we can make it so that no one can reply to the tweet or only a selected group of people that we configure.
This novelty will be available throughout 2020, although Twitter has not reported a specific date on which it will be available.
