How to schedule posts on Instagram from the web

Instagram is one of the most used social networks. Adding publications at what time influences the repercussion that said photograph can have and, therefore, it is likely that you have considered knowing how to schedule a publication on Instagram to that leave at a certain time.

It should be noted that Instagram has never been able to schedule publications, except in company profiles because the social network does not allow it in user profiles to use, but this could be done in other social networks such as Facebook.

Buffer, the control center

We may have heard of Buffer on occasion, a service through which we can publish the same post on different social networks. This is useful so you don't have to go social network by social network posting the same content.

As we say, now only company profiles can schedule posts,but we can leave everything ready so that when we have scheduled the time to which we want it to be published, just having to press a button.

1. Then, we will enter an email and a password which meets the requirements that appear on the screen, such as: more than 8 characters, at least one capital letter and one number or symbol.

How to create and publish a publication in Buffer

1. If we are going to create a publication that we only want to be displayed on Instagram, we must click on the Instagram profile, and if It is only for another social network, we will choose the corresponding profile.
2. Posting the same content at the same time on multiple platforms is the main advantage of Buffer, so if we want to make the same publication at the same time we must click on the pencil icon located at the bottom right.
3. Then we will click on the plus symbol located in the upper left, to add as many accounts as we have connected.

1. When we have already selected the accounts in which we are going to publish the content, we will write what we want and add photos or videos that we want to add or simply text. We must bear in mind that, for example, Instagram does not only allow text as Twitter does, but only allows text with photographs or videos, otherwise we will get a mistake.

1. Once we have the content of the publication ready, the share button and three options will appear at the bottom right: “ Share now ”, “ Custom schedule ” or “ Add List”.

1. Share now: Real-time publication is performed.
2. Custom schedule: In English it would be something like adding programming, so in the section through we can program a reminder to the time we want and a notification will appear to publish it manually through Buffer.
3. Add to list: Without a doubt, it is one of the most interesting options that Buffer has, since it has the possibility of preparing a publication in different social networks so that when we want to be able to share it without having to publish it at that moment or even schedule it.

As we can see, Buffer is a fairly simple tool that offers many options within its utility. As a negative point, we can say that sometimes messages appear in English but, on the other hand, we must bear in mind that it is a free service.
