According to a study carried out by Spotify itself, more than 70% of users who have a pet play music for them. That's why Spotify has prepared a special playlist for both humans and pets.
To know the playlist designed for our pet, we must access the pets section of Spotify.
After having logged in, we will be shown a series of animals to choose from: Iguana, Cat, Dog, Bird or Hamster. The platform is in English, although it is very intuitive
Once we have chosen the mascot, we will choose how relaxed or energetic it is, so that the platform can filter by different musical genres
Next, we will choose if he is shy or friendly, the latter means that he wants to play
Next, we will select the degree of curiosity of our animal
Finally, we will enter the name of our pet
- In a few moments, our pet's attitude will be synchronized with our musical tastes and we will click on “ Listen now”.
- In a separate window we will open the playlist which has to do with both our tastes and those of our pet.
The playlist includes 30 songs from both national and international artists, since what Spotify will value is the rhythm and style of the different artists. The playlist will take the name of our pet and it will appear among our playlists.
Unlike the summary we saw that Spotify prepared for us at the end of 2019, this playlist does not have to disappear, unlike the 2019 summary, which ends up disappearing over time.
