It is not necessary to have extensive knowledge of design if we want to blur a part of a photo, since it can be done inPaint and that process will take us 5 seconds.
There is a rule that says that, if you do not have consent to upload a photo, the face of those who do not want to be public must be pixelated, especially in the case of minors on the Internet. We skip this rule day in and day out on social networks, but it should be remembered so as not to surprise us.
Before taking photos in roads and public spaces such as beaches, avenues, markets, concerts, theaters, shows, etc.and upload them to the Internet, it is convenient to consult the Law Which says in this regard that the right to honor and privacycannot be broken. What's more, if a photo becomes public and the person in it feels their privacy has been exposed, they can report us.
The Constitution advocates the right to preserve image and privacy, although it also defends freedom of expression and the right to information.
We can take photos and videos and post them on the Internet without the consent of the person in those images if they are a public figure and The material contained in these recordings or photos are of an informative nature and for the public interest.
It is different that these images are to defame a person (or group of people), that already incurs a serious crime, so we better not go that way if we don't want to end up in court and we don't want to be treated the same way.
Legal issues aside, let's get straight to editing an image in Paint:
- Open Microsoft Paint (No Paint 3D).
- Click on "File" (upper left corner) and then on "Open"and look for the photo that we want to blur or pixelate.

- Once we have the photo in front of our eyes, click on "Select" and when the options menu opens, choose the rectangle shape.

- We form the rectangle and from the lower right corner we shrink and enlarge the rectangle until it is well pixelated. Depending on the quality of the image we will need to perform these steps more or less times.

When we believe that it is already sufficiently pixelated, we save the image normally and we could upload it to networks without fear of breaking the Law
Thus, as if by magic, we have managed to pixelate part of a photo with Paint and in less than 5 seconds.
