Sounds weird but Google Chrome will stop displaying full URLs in the address bar. Links in the browser are in danger of extinction. The new Google browser beta only shows the domain.
Alternatively, displays the domain we visited and a search boxto enter new addresses to access or search.

Until now, browsing the Internet depended on URLs and Google Chrome seems to be changing things. The reality is that most users ignore the URLs they are browsing, they are interested in the content and nothing else. But on the other hand there are many users who need to collect addresses at some point and they will not have it easy.
We assume that even though the future version of Google Chrome hides the URLs by default, there will be some easy way to show it and be able to copy it.

The next step for the Chrome browser is hide URLs from the Google search engine This already happens in Google Chrome for mobile phones, which we only see our search. And it is that probably on the mobile we do not miss the URLs in the navigation bar but on the computer at first it seems more difficult to forget.
We can currently test the feature in Chrome Canary version 36.0.1951 but it will soon become a final version and therefore all users will no longer see the full URLs in the address bar.
