The original Chromecast is a very interesting device, which for very little money allows you to transform a conventional television into a smart TV. Although it is still in top shape, the truth is that it has already been on the market for more than two years, so the second generation of Chromecast with integrated Spotify will soon arriveAn interesting proposal!
According to the leaks, the launch will take place on September 29th, the day the next Google Nexus will be revealed and will present Android 6.0 Marshmallow with all its new features. We don't know much about the gadget, but it seems that its external appearance has changed a lot compared to the original version.
This is the only photo leaked from the 2nd generation Chromecast so far:

Support for Spotify and "Fast Play"
The great novelty of the second generation Chromecast is that it will be compatible with the music streaming service Spotify Another improvement would be the so-called " Fast Play", which is not known exactly, but it is believed that it may be a system that speeds up the start of content playback, which is sometimes really slow. Finally, Chromecast Audio will make it possible to connect wired speakers, and will allow you to enjoy music in several rooms of the house at the same time.
The second generation Chromecast, according to rumors, will have a price similar to the current one (that is, about 35 euros) and in In principle it will reach at least 10 countries. Presumably Spain will be among them, since the original model is sold here, but we don't know if the same will happen with Latin America.
So the second generation of Chromecast will arrive with Spotify, a most interesting novelty. In any case, the current device is by no means obsolete, but it is always good to be offered a new, more modern version with additional features.
What do you think of the new Chromecast with Spotify? Do you find it attractive, or is the current model perfectly suited to your needs?
