Windows 10 gets better every day and we learn about new features that will appear in future updates. Just today we learned of a new functionality that will allow send SMS from Windows 10 through your smartphone.
This functionality would work similar to WhatsApp Web, that is, with this future novelty in Windows 10 it will be possible to send SMS from our computer through the phone.
Windows 10 mobile compatible
What is known so far and it is completely logical is that this functionality will only be compatible with phones that have the Windows 10 operating system. Therefore, this means that if you have a mobile with Android or iOS at the moment you will not enjoy this novelty in the short term.
In any case, it is expected that the possibility of sending SMS from Windows 10 through the phone will be possible from any phone, regardless of the operating system it has, be it iOS or Android.
Available in the next Build
This new Windows 10 feature is currently not available to users as they would have to wait, as usual in these cases, for the release of the next Build Windows 10.
For now we will have to see when we will have the new Build available, although it may not take many days to appear. What we will see is more news over the next few months until Windows Anniversary Update is released.
Windows Anniversary Update will soon integrate this feature and the new ones that will presumably be released in the coming months, so we hope that this Windows 10 update will have many new features.
