In the settings of your terminal, whether it has the Android or iOS operating system, it has an option called “Wi-Fi hotspot” or similar that allows the phone to act as a router,so that a computer or tablet can connect to the internet through the phone.

Wi-Fi hotspot creates a Wi-Fi network

The Wi-Fi hotspot option, once activated and configured, creates a Wi-Fi network. Fi to which a multitude of devices can connect when you don't have an access point nearby or when you're away from home and need to connect your computer to the internet.

You can configure this option to establish an access password and not enter everyone you want, change the name of the "Wi-Fi network", the type of security and even the band in which you want it to operate the new network.

Once you have made all the settings, you can connect from another device to the new Wi-Fi network created on your mobile, so that it will act as a router and will spend your data rate,which is what you use as a connection.

To activate the Wi-Fi zone in your terminal you must go to the network settings, although in my case the path would be as follows:

Open the Settings app and tap “more” in the “Wireless networks” section.
