More accessible and official channels continue to be provided to stay informed of the coronavirus pandemic, the new option is a government channel called Hispabot-Covid19that allows to ask questions about the coronavirus through the WhatsApp application
Over the last few weeks, the autonomous communities have been in charge of launching different applications so that their citizens can learn more about the virus, knowing symptoms and even being able to establish a possible diagnosis based on a few questions.
To this is added the appearance of the official Covid19 Assistance app and also the occasional channel on Telegram to inform about the pandemic. But being WhatsApp one of the most used platforms, I was surprised that there was nothing, but that has now changed with the “chatbot” Hispabot-Covid19
Hispabot-Covid19 acts autonomously as a virtual assistant and is capable of responding naturally to more than 200 questions about the coronavirus that could be raised by a citizen through WhatsApp, regardless of the day or time it was carried out.
It is an automatic consultation channel whose operation is very simple, only the user must add the telephone number 600 802 802 in his phonebook and open a conversation in WhatsApp by typing the word “hello” to start the chat.

In an instant, an informative message will appear automatically offering data about what the “chatbot” about the coronavirus is capable of providing, in addition to briefly informing you of what the Covid-19 virus is and that the information you will see on said channel is official.
From there only it's a matter of asking questions to the channel and in a short space of time, the "chatbot" will will answer all your questions. For example, you can make this channel offer you the symptoms of the coronavirus, but you can also consult prevention measures, telephone numbers, figures in Spain and much more.
The Hispabot-Covid19 WhatsApp channel aims to decongest the official telephone numbers provided by the different regions of Spain to find out about the coronavirus and it is a more official tool that adds to those already available for weeks.
