Fines for those who create hoaxes
Also, let's not forget that the authorities can fine citizens who create hoaxes and spread them on social media.
Four young people from the province of Malaga will go through the court and will have to pay a fine of between 600 and 30,000 euross for creating a hoax that circulated on WhatsApp just after the attacks in Paris.
The best thing to do is to be informed correctly through the media and create panic with this type of hoax.
