We still don't know what happened but the Movistar website is currently down. The telephony giant has had its web portal down for a few moments, so customers cannot access any of the services.
Still We have not seen any statement on social media from Movistar about this, but many users are insisting the company to to give them some kind of reason.

It seems that the failure on the Movistar website extends to the.es and.com domains and many users are already affected who are asking the company for explanations in order to access their respective accounts on the online website.
Still the possible causes of the crash are not known and we don't know if it is a new portal update or a crash of the service, but it is possible that in the next few hours we will learn more about it.
Although the customer service through the social network Twitter does remain active, but they do not give an explanation about anything that happened, we assume that the telephone service will do exactly the same.

14:00 - According to a person in charge on the social network Twitter, it seems that this is a temporary incident.
15:30 - The domains comunidad.movistar.es and movistar.com are operational, however movistar.es continues to be down.
LAST MINUTE - Domains appear fully restored.
