Just press the video call icon that appears at the top of a group chat, select the members of the video call and the fun begins.
This improvement has probably been included because of the coronavirus quarantine, as many people have started using video calls on WhatsApp to keep in touch with their loved ones during confinement, and the new shortcut makes it more intuitive.
At the moment, and before this update makes an appearance, we only have the call icon, that is, the silhouette of a telephone. After the update, a video icon should appear as well, as shown in the following screenshot.
