There is a very simple little trick to be able to enlarge the letter of WhatsApp, so that you can have the letter larger and, of course, therefore more readable. This procedure can be executed by any user and will be very beneficial for people with sight problems.

WhatsApp for Android offers the possibility of, as well as allowing you to make chat messages bold or italic, modifying a small adjustment to enlarge or decrease all typographyof the app, which means you'll see bigger font, not just in conversations, but in settings, statuses, and all app content.
Change font size in WhatsApp for Android
If you have a phone Android, you can put the largest letter in two ways, from WhatsApp itself through a parameter or in the Android system itself.
From WhatsApp
Open WhatsApp and then follow these steps if you want to make the letter of the app smaller or larger:
Go to the settings/chats/font size menu
When you press it, three options will appear: “small”, “medium” or “large”. In this case you should have “medium” marked, but since we are interested in something larger, click on the “large” box
From the system itself
On Android, to change the letter of WhatsApp from the system, do the following:
- Go to the settings/accessibility menu and enter the section “font size”.
Inside you can level the size that you like best. Note that the change will be system-wide, not just WhatsApp
Change the font size in WhatsApp for iOS
Interestingly, WhatsApp for iOS does not include this option within the settings, but that does not mean that we cannot enlarge the letter of the app, although the negative part is that the option currently available in the system would change the font size of WhatsApp and all of iOS. Follow these steps:
- Go to Settings/Display & Brightness. Scroll down a bit and enters “text size”.
- Now all you have to do is click on the circle that appears above a striped scale and slide it to the right to make the letter larger large or to the left if you want the smallest typeface. When you enter WhatsApp you will see the change.
